This Memorandum of Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between MediMaid and the Affiliate Partner (“Affiliate”):
Maid Agency 1
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Affiliate will promote the MediMaid mobile application through a unique referral link and/or referral code.
2. Affiliate Promotion
The Affiliate agrees to promote MediMAID through approved marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, messaging platforms, websites, and personal networks.
Each Affiliate will be assigned a unique referral link and/or referral code for tracking successful customer purchases.
3. Independent Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between eSIM+ and the Affiliate. The Affiliate acts as an independent promoter.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
5. Confidentiality
The Affiliate agrees not to disclose confidential business information, customer information, or internal operational details relating to eSIM+.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Acceptance and Acknowledgment
By participating in the Affiliate Program and using the assigned referral link and/or code, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this Agreement.
