What are the different critical Illness?



Critical illness is a type of serious disease or illness. The best way to define them is to use insurance definition or even better is to use what the Singapore Insurance governing bodies : LIA or the Life Insurance Association.

So here are the different critical illness you should be aware of:

  19. Terminal Illness

  20. HIV Due to Blood Transfusion and Occupationally Acquired HIV

  21. End Stage Lung Disease

  22. End Stage Liver Failure

  23. Muscular Dystrophy

  24. Parkinson’s Disease

  25. Aplastic Anaemia

  26. Angioplasty & Other Invasive Treatment For Coronary Artery (with partial payment only)

In case of a symptom, you can claim if the illnesses or diseases is verified with blood tests, CT scan or an MRI. The disease will be certified by an experienced medical practitioner in that field.
